    Joining in. Day 1. I will define LNS as anythign I eat past 10pm as that is my 'go to' time...... as in its time to go to the cupboards or fridge or whatever. If I can stop that it'll be a great thing.

    Ok, jumping in, started 8/18/19.

    I define LNS as snack foods, chocolate, or high fat/carb after 7:30 pm. Fruits veggies and healthy popcorn allowed. I’ve set an alarm on my phone to remind me when it is 7:30 pm.

    Giving myself a thumbs up, for lowering dinner time (8:30). Not a perfect evening, though - I really need to remind myself that I am able to do things right, that I am strong-willed when I believe in my goals and that I will see a major difference in terms of water weight. So for now:

    I am in. My definition of late night snacking is having a huge dinner without regard to calories, and any food that is unmeasured afterward. I get hone from work late and have been completely undisciplined lately.

    Not missing my usual after-dinner Milo beverage yet (bit like a hot chocolate) like I thought I would, substituting with a strawberry & rhubarb tea seems to be working so far for a sweet finish after dinner - & has 0 calories too ^^
