Remember that day in kindergarten, you remember it was the day they did the secret Santa circle. You brought an over sized coloring book your mom wrapped up nicely. Anyways remember sitting there in that circle looking at all the wrapped gifts on the laps of the other children trying to guess which one you'd get?
Then the passing back and forth to the random call of the teacher and you finally held the prize that was to be yours. And you opened it. And it was perfectly useless.
And as you looked around at the other kids opening fun toys a smiling face stared back at you.
Your crush. The gift in your hands was theirs. The perfectly useless gift you recived (Mine was a hairbrush) was from that person. Suddenly you were happy with it. You smile back silently vowing to hold on to this perfectly useless gift.
