Workout Advice

I had a half an hour work out session with my trainer this morning - I'd like to do half an hour cardio - so I was thinking to stop on my way home - but tomorrow is cardio for me in the morning.
I can't decide if I should workout this evening or not..

    Sure, cardio isn't like strength training where muscles need a rest day. I do mild-moderate cardio every day.

    However, you might not want to do something super intense every day, especially if this level of activity is new.

    I do steady state... aka lots of walking every day. HIIT knocks the piss out of me for leg day.

    I do some cardio every day - I don't do intense cardio every day, but I do some before weights each day.
