I hope me and my definition of LNS are welcome here. I’m post-gastric sleeve, so I don’t actually feel hunger at all: just sick if I skip too many meals, but I’m stalled at current weight for over a year because of snacking in bed while depressed, anxious, or suffering executive dysfunction. 🤦🏼♀️ Clearly, there’s been a lot of that.
So LNS for me is gonna be snacking in bed regardless of time.

I define LNS as snack foods, chocolate, or high fat/carb after 7:30 pm. Fruits veggies and healthy popcorn allowed. I’ve set an alarm on my phone to remind me when it is 7:30 pm.

Found myself with a few extra snacks (crackers) after dinner on Sunday - oopsie - but back on track today 💪

I gave me all points, because:
- on Fr, inspite of late dinner, I worked out (HIIT Video) later in the evening, so I gotta reward me for that
- on Sat I ate nothing past 8 p.m., so that's 1 clean point
- on Sun we went swimming and came home shortly before 9, but I had just dinner, no cupboard cheating, hence the point
Truly, I have higher standards, but I'm not 100% committed yet and I don't want to discourage myself and give this up, so having my mind at it and knowing I can and will do better is what I can put in now, and I'll take it (for now!).0 -
