My husband has cheese in this house! I am going to restrain! ☺️☺️😘. Dinner is over and one of my goals is nothing after 8PM.

Idk if Keto is right for me, so I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. Feeling a bit lost.
@Happily_Chaotic I couldn’t do Keto either so don’t feel bad. I have been able to mostly stick to a lower carb plan where 30% or less of my daily intake is from carbs. I do warn that on occasion always at specific points in my cycle I crave carbs like crazy and I’ll often just go ahead and eat them within my calorie goal. I’ll have a small bounce up a day or two later, but it drops again pretty quickly.
Don’t be afraid to play around with your plan, or even to take a maintenance day or two while you figure out what works for you and what doesn’t. Hang in there.

I also struggled with Keto and had a big gain after a very solid 2 weeks on plan.... so I just do the same---I lower my carbs and increase my protein---and most important is to watch the calories and weigh your food. I was truly shocked at how off I was with my portions until I bought a scale and weigh everything... I was very under on my protein estimations and very over on my other servings, like rice, etc.
I think trial and error is a testament to your efforts--- you are trying new plans out and that's how you'll find what works for you. Keep at it--I know it's hard.1 -
