Should I log Propel Zero on my diet summary or check as water?

    I do both. I like to put it in my summary that way if I forget to do my upcheck of water as I finish a bottle I can go back in and know how much I've had.

    Don't log it as water. It is not water. Count it towards your daily water intake though.

    If there's no caffeine in it you could do water. Probably a bit of a silly statement but I've never really looked at or had that lol.

    make sure you it as 2 servings if you drink the whole bottle, when i did that i was suprise with the sodium in it

    Are you tracking your sodium intake? If you are, then log it under beverages so the sodium in Propel Zero will be accounted for in your daily totals. If you aren't, then just count it as water.

    Here's why I was saying it is not water:

    Propel contains water, flavors, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, sucralose (marketed as Splenda), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E acetate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium disodium EDTA, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), acesulfame potassium, and vitamin B12[citation needed].

    Well, I am aware of the sodium and thats okay because I sweat alot when Im working out and that is sodium output so I need the sodium back in.... : )
