This is hard

Hey guys! I gained some weight over this past winter and now I’m trying to get it off. I workout pretty often (5-6x a week). I recently started using this app and trying to watch what I eat but I haven’t lost any weight yet. Any recommendations would be helpful. I’ve even resorted to buy hydroxcut but don’t have the nerve to try it 😬 any advice and support is welcome! Thank you!

    Start a food diary, get and use a food scale and set about crunching numbers. It might surprise you.

    About how much weight did you gain and/or do you want to lose?

    Was the gain due to health issues, eating too much, or exercising too little?

    Unless it’s a health issue or side effect of medicine, be sure you’re accurately tracking calories. Weigh and measure foods, be acccurate in logging meals and recipes
