    I have gluten intolerance but not diagnosed coeliac. Been gluten free for 2 months now. My favourite meal at the moment is singapore curried rice noodles.

    Hi, yes, also celiac. And allergic to other random foods - the toughest one is corn.

    I'm allergic to Gluten.
    Spirit vinegar causes itching, Modified starches causes burning and swelling and the list goes on and on.
    You can add me. I did keto for abit and felt much better,I was eating to many things that caused my blood sugars to crash and spike.
    I haven't had that happen since June now.
    I'm now doing low carb high fat and I find much more filling.
