    03 Sep- 159 lb. Feeling good!! Might still be holding water weight from TOM.
    04 Sep- 160.5 lb ( + 1.5 lb) ??? Not sure why the spike. I felt pretty dehyrated yesterday so I am making it a point to drink more water today. Maybe that's why. Just have to wait and see!
    05 Sep- 160 lb ( -0.5 lb) TOM weight is tappering off I think.

    08 Sep- 159.5 lb ( -1 lb) Heck yeah! The scale might not say I have lost anything this month so far.... But I feel like I have! Not sure what the deal is.... oh well. Just gonna keep on it and see what happens

  • I turn 40 years old this month and I was really wanting to be at 140, but I don't see that happening. Maybe by the end of the month I can hit that goal.

    1 September - 312.5 exceeded 10k steps today for the first time since I started!

    3 September 311.7 feeling rubbish today. Think I have a nasty cold coming! Only just met my step goal too.

    4 September 310.9 yay for going in the right direction again!

    5 September 310.1 small loss but still good for THAT time of month! Step goal met and exceeded too! I will get less fat!

    6 September 308.8 delighted with that and I think it's down to the extra walking. There has to be some bonus to heaving all this weight around, and that's it, walking burns the calories!

    7 September 307.9 over the moon to read this on the scale this morning and actually did a little victory dance when the scale updated my status here. I'm in the next stones bracket! Started in 23 now (just) in 21 😁😁😁😁 stupidly delighted and also scared of wrecking it!

    8 September 308.1 lol, couldn’t really expect it to go down again today even though I’ve stuck to my plan. More steps today to see if it helps tomorrow 😊

    9 September 309.5 πŸ˜” so I knew it couldn't constantly go down but guessing that's my TOM water weight hitting. Logically I know it'll go off again but gutted that I got into the next stone bracket and am now not! Steps still high yesterday so keeping on going! Guess my body is adjusting to the diet and not losing weight in shock now!

    10 September 308.0 Thank goodness for that! I knew in my head it couldn't be a gain but seeing the numbers go up wasn't nice! Glad they're back down even if not in the bracket yet!

    Goal weight is 85kg, my previous lowest was 86.5kg, but I let things slip a bit.
    Goal weight this month anything <90kg. This is achievable!

    3 Sept - 92.4kg - Hey, I'm no longer obese...I can quit now.
    4 Sept - 91.8kg - Yesterday 1.25km (morning) swim plus 5km run (evening).
    5 Sept - 92.8kg - OK, so doing no exercise and having a not so great food day is not going to help this challenge.
    6 Sept - 92.4kg - 3km swim, and 20km cycle yesterday. Looking forward to a run this afternoon / tonight.
    7 Sept - 93.5kg - No exercise yesterday and I'm paying the price for beer and pizza. I messed up big dammit.
    8 Sept - 93.0kg - Not a bad day, given I was out of town again for most of the day, and had dinner out.
    9 Sept - 92.7kg - The rollercoaster continues, but it's a no-travel work week for me I hope.
    10 Sept - 92.7kg - Same same...I can live with that for a day.
    11 Sept - 92.7kg - Same again...maybe tomorrow it'll drop a bit.

    8 September - 230.2, I went and purchased a food scale today. Also I was able to get my 10k steps in.

    9 September - 229.3, not feeling so hot today. Very nauseous and pukey.

    10 September - 227.7, it’s a step in the right direction! I’ll take it
