Back in the day...

I long for the days when the smallest possible women's clothing size was a 1-2. That makes sense, that the smallest would be a 1-2. Now we have "0" and "00." I'm not sure how a person could reasonably be a size "nothing" or a size "double nothing."

Can we just begin measuring all clothing, male and female, by the actual measurements of the garments? For instance, my husband wears a size 44 long coat. 44 is the chest measurement. This just makes sense!
