    I also find that if you schedule it in like an appt you need to keep helps (like plan where/when/what for the whole week). That way it’s already planned..you know what you are supposed to do and when..then just do..don’t think..just go..”oh..it’s time for x”! Also in times of not working out..just make sure to pay close attention to your eating and be strict with that so that you won’t lose any progress of trying to lose or maintain weight.

    Motivation is fleeting. Its a matter of just getting on with it - at least that's what I've found. The habit then sticks and becomes the norm.

    It's SO easy to slack off!

    Have been making excuses to skip doing my daily 5km row this past week because of errands/things that I "have to do" b4 a 2 wk trip overseas.

    Will try 2 get back on track for at least a wk b4 I go on my trip or it will be a month b4 I can get back on track again.

    Oh well . . .
