09/02 144 now that all family events are over and summer is coming to an end I am looking to get back into some kind of routine. I have too. I am super disappointed by this number. Felt like within a month u managed to reset 6 months of hard work. So unfair!

09/05 143.2 FFS work has still been crazy.. workouts have been less but I have stopped eating out on a better note. With the inconsistent work schedule, workouts have been hard to get in. Like I wanted to do one tonight but was called into work last minute. With me interviewing people and training, I have been getting an hour off a day not including travel time.. which gives me no time. I have noticed my stomach getting a little squishey which is so upsetting since I worked so hard to get my definition. Amazing how it takes a year of work to be undone in three months. So over it

09/06 143.8 it's time to get real. Face facts and change. I feel like I am always resetting but never sticking to it. I feel like I always say this needs to get better and change but somewhere in revert and nothing comes from it. What I am doing is not working anymore... This needs to change and I need to reset my mentality to hardwork rather than easy foing, maintain mentality. It's time to out the work and dedication in... It's time to get it together

09/08 145.8 so yesterday was good but then I had a very indulgent dessert. Like I said a couple of days ago.. I am always resetting but I can't seem to stick to it.
