Any help tips and encouragement greatly appreciated. I cant stick to anything....i really need help xxx

If you want to lose weight you will HAVE to stick to something so why not make it a reasonable calorie deficit made up of the foods you enjoy.
Put your stats in to MFP choose a reasonable rate of loss (1lb per week is reasonable) Log all your food, eat to your calorie goal and by the big day you could be 20 to 30lbs down.
But only if you stick to it.
I could give you all the Rah Rah motivation in the world but really it just takes consistency and patience.5
