Idle chitchat does not help you achieve your fitness goals. I encourage everyone to spend their Saturday being their best, working out, and eating healthy.

I'm currently lifting. Lifting heavy coffee mugs to my lips. 💪

I’ll be doing my normal 12 oz curl circuit later this evening

I'm planning another circuit this evening but it'll be a lighter one. Red, maybe a white. Haven't quite decided yet. But I do believe in 2 a days on the weekends.

You should probably have one for each hand, keep things equal.

The bbq was nice, I couldn't eat much of it but the company was great ❤ it was what I needed and didn't even know.
