    I was hoping for bigger loss, but at least I'm inching along. I had my first workout yesterday since I started this weight loss journey, and it felt good! Like really good! I missed the euphoria of a good workout. Happy weekend all!

    Beginning an exercise program can cause your body to retain water, which might hide fat lossfrom showing up on the scale for some time. Don’t get too discouraged by it! Just keep at it!
