Frustrated weight loser

Been on a 1600 cal per day diet for 7 weeks 64yo male. Most often caloric intake is 1200. I’ve lost 10 pounds. Isn’t there any way to lose another 10-15 without having to go to the gym? Anybody please? I just don’t understand

    I've lost 30 pounds without exercise. Exercise does not cause weight loss but will tone you.

    If you remain in an appropriate calorie deficit, you will lose weight. If you are in an extreme deficit, you will not be safely losing and will most likely get ill.

    Men should take in no fewer than 1500 calories daily.
