I had Achilles’ tendon surgery in June. I was in a walking boot from the end of March until August- 6 weeks were non weight bearing. Of course 15 pounds creeped on. I’m slowly getting back into my exercise and am finally back in the mindset to track what I eat. I’m in my 50s and have an under active thyroid so it’s hard!

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your healing and your journey!1
