I'll join in. I'm not doing any type of plan, just lower calorie intake and trying to walk more. My goal is to be down 30# in the 12 weeks. Additionally, I want to get to a size where I am comfortable jogging. Years ago, I lost weight and took up jogging and LOVED it. It's not feasible right now, but I hope to be jogging by Christmas. Starting Monday!!

This is just what I need to do. I had some success a couple yrs ago but now I’m almost back at my highest weight again. I struggle with carb addiction. I’m out of shape too. Haven’t been to a gym in over a year.

Not really following any specific diet right now, just focusing on making healthy choices. I will be starting to food prep again as I find this helps me tremendously because I hate wasting food, so have no choice but to eat what I have prepared.

Thanks for the motivation - I'm in!
Doing 18/6 IF, bulletproof coffee, trying some Michael Mosley ideas - 800 cals/day and doing high protein 5 days, 2 days veg/no protein. Some intermittent sprints and will be increasing exercise / pilates ....- Let's see how it rolls!!

In! I've badly fallen off the band wagon. I was getting so close to healthy weight, the closest I'd ever been since I started in college 25 years ago. So a year of being busy with family (+10lb), then a year of college at night on top of work (+20lb). Need to get back on for my health. Not just weight loss, need to start moving.
Objective: Eat at a deficit (aim for approx 1500 depending on activity). Two strength work outs a week. walking/cycling to work 2-3 times a week.
I'm changing scales, so I'll post up numbers tomorrow (I don't trust my one at home, and don't need a 7lb gain due to different scales2 -

I think i would like to join. I have been looking for a challenge that seems within my range of productivity. And i have to go food shopping today anyway so i can buy some meal stuff for myself. I am at my heaviest and i feel so unhealthy and disappointed in myself and frustrated.
