    Buckwheat pancakes, sugar free syrup and black coffee. I did make enough pancakes for tomorrow too, but my kids found them and overcame their aversion to anything gluten free lol.

    Two overeasy eggs, two slices of turkey bacon, and a piece of toast with 10 grams of light, whipped cream cheese, cherry tomato, smoked salmon, and everything bagel seasoning on top. Coffee with pumpkin spice Nutpods creamer, Swerve sugar alternative, and 2 TPSP of coconut based whipped cream on top. Hit all the right spots and was a very filling breakfast for less than 300 cals.

    I made stuffed bell pepper baked omelettes. Eggs, diced ham, sharp cheddar cheese. I got the recipe on Pinterest. Marble rye toast.

    Protein shake: cinnamon toast protein powder, almond milk, 1 Tb butterscotch pudding mix, 1 Tb Graham cracker crumbs, 1 Tb dark chocolate chips, 2 Tb pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
    Cup of Trader Joe's pumpkin spice coffee with 1 Tb creamer.
