Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Weight up slightly which frankly I am a little bit surprised about. I have up my walking averaging over 5.5 miles a day which is all on top of my normal daily normal steps that I don't count at all. I was given a extra duty at work which has me up and moving every 30 minutes so I'm not sitting like I used to. We will see what this next week brings. I will have to be extra watchful as 3 meals out this coming week. Have a great week my friends.
