  • Starting late but think this challenge will be helpful. I go on holiday the week before Halloween for a few nights so I'm putting two goals, a holiday goal and an ideal if I manage to balance things on holiday goal.

    I was actually up to 159 this week, and its been steadily going down again. I had the same problem last month, so I'm thinking this is something to do with the second half of my cycle? Keep at it!
