Not a huge difference, but I already feel better with the amount I've lost.3 -

Kicking diabetes butt, for now.4 -
SW: 210.8 (August 31st, 2018)
CW: 168.5 too low, day after 24-hour fast.
GW: 170-175 is my range.
Easier to run and do pull-ups at my current weight so I'm staying put.3 -
SW: 210 ( started march 1st 2019)

Weight loss has been slow these last few weeks so appreciate the accountability2 -
SW 264.4
CW 198.8
GW 150 (for now)
I was 178 in March. New job and stress led to a 20lb regain. Starting again this week. I’ve done it before I can do it again!!!

SW 264.4
CW 193.4
GW 150
5.4lbs down in one week. But that’s pretty normal for a first week starting. It will steady.

156.7 today. Which means I am up 1.4 since this thread started. I have been going uo and down, but never below my CW at that time. I am reminding myself that this is a process and I have still done a really good job. I have been back on track with my eating and walking for a weekk now, so the numbers will drop if I remain mindful and remember why I am doing this! Here's to healthy living!2 -

Wish I could “like” and “hug” the same post. Such a healthy attitude! Thanks again for starting this thread, between this one and a monthly tracking thread I am finally making a little progress.1 -

Well, that’s not good! Grr. Hope that’s just muscle repair retention after a week of great workouts. Feeling good though so that’s a win! Next Wednesday lookout...1 -

Umm, I feel like a jerk for forgetting about this thread. -_-
I'll try to remember this month.
SW: 272
CW: 2193 -
SW: 174? (Sept 20, 2019 - my scale died and I had to replace it. Some weight loss may be calibration differences between hardware.)
CW: 166.2 as of this morning.
GW: 135-145ish depending on what looks good. (I usually freak out at a certain point and slam on the breaks because I'm losing 2 lbs/week while that close to goal and I still don't know why my weight loss gets so whooshy towards the end. )

Weight as of yesterday was 164.2. I was 163.6 on Tuesday and having a vague sort of confusion, but then I realized why I was breaking out and cramping. >_<1 -
