Do you have an addiction? Maybe something that’s unhealthy for you? Something that’s healthy for you? Or a hobby?
I’m definitely addicted to fitness currently.
My other two addictions is showers (love burning hot water) and Diet Pepsi.

I have most of them under control right now but: phone/computer games, trading (gambling), sugar, gum. Actually I don't have gum under control at all. I'm delaying tackling it until I'm at my newly revised goal bf%.2

diet pepsi/pepsi max or supermarket own brand diet coke. I dont drink/smoke take drugs so its not the worst thing in the world (in my eyes) I went through a Nandos Peri Peri sauce phase but thats been pushed back *I love the garlic and lemon marinades*2

Nothing anymore, least not in the actual definition of the word.
But I drink coffee pretty heavily, to avoid having to take other medications, and I physically crave having my back tickled. I’m always sucking on lollipops, but it keeps me away from other junk.5 -

At the moment it’s probably running. But I’ve been obsessed with that for nearly half my life. Ive become so well adapted to it. Cycling too..I get upset if I can’t get a decent cardio session in at least 5 times a week. I don’t get hungry anymore either...weird
Music, acquiring new knowledge (medicine, psychology and philosophy mostly)...I like to read. “Her”...sometimes6 -
Definitely used to be coffee but then I had to give up all caffeine. Sugar. Chocolate. Bread. We can probably lump all of those under refined carbs.
I was surprised to find that I really miss my workouts when I'm travelling. The place where I stayed on my last work trip turned out to have an actual weight room and I really regret not researching it before I left because I would have brought workout clothes if I'd known.2 -

Bro, everything bad for me and that's why I'm fat yet again. I kicked all of it years ago but I'm back on my *kitten*.

I run off of donuts/peanut m&ms and energy drinks.
It's like, a distant memory of me lecturing people about not needing caffeine if they just ate right. The days of rice, tuna, salmon, chicken, cauliflower, oatmeal. Drinking water and not in constant dehydration. I used to go to the gym. I used to RUN. I was 4 sizes smaller. I get mad about it but then I order cheezit pizza.5 -

Riverdale. It's been a hot minute since I've watched any actual shows. You know what the real addiction is? Youtube. I've kept up with so many internet people that I can't relate to my coworkers who talk about actual entertainment.1
