3 Checkpoints for the Price of One

Finally broke out of the 20's and am 219.4 pounds, which ALSO officially puts me under 100 kg AND at over 50 pounds lost.

219 feels like the start of the final countdown to getting the next huge checkpoint, onederland. I really, really want to hit that by the new year if I can. I know its optimistic but, not impossible I think.

Today is my 190th day logging in and at a nearly dead-on 2 pound per week average, I've been doing better than I ever dreamed possible.

    Amazing! Can I ask how many calories you eat a day? I’ve been stuck and wondering if I’m eating too few, or too many.

    @Pepperpony I eat around 1500 calories a day, though my net intake is between 1300 and 1400.

    Thanks! I think I definitely need to up my calories. I’ve been at 1250.
