Diet is awful

I really need too plan my diet
I just find it all so confusing
As im allergic to Fish And Milk products any advice on tips for planning would be appreciated

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    The great thing is that it doesn't matter what you eat. This is not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. Eat the foods you love, stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Measure and log food you love, then look at the nutrition that food provides. Over time you will learn to make adjustments. Some foods may be too high in calories to fit in your calorie budget on a regular basis. Eat those foods less often. Not every food item needs to be 100% "healthy" whatever your personal definition is. Treats can be PART of an overall healthy diet. Learn to make improvements along the way. Learn about YOUR foods. Don't rely on a list of do's and don'ts from someone else. Do's and don'ts teach you how to diet, not how to live.
