New to MFP and Keto

Hi! I'm new here trying to get healthy was dx with R.A. and read about the benefits of Keto diet and inflammation. Plus could use to lose a little weight to have my first grandbaby and want to be able to keep up with him. Lol! All advice is welcome.

Well, I never did keto, or even low carb (I ate/eat @ 200g of carbs) but I don't stomach high-fat foods well. Not sure if that's your problem. There could be a new food you've introduced that disagrees with you. Or maybe it's keto flu - you need to make sure you are increasing your sodium when eating that way. Hopefully someone with actual experience with it will come along!1 -

That was my experience with keto. I tried it and after two or so days I was bloated, nauseated, had burping so bad that I’d vomit, sometimes I’d just vomit, it took days before I could go to the bathroom and then I could hardly leave the bathroom.
I don’t handle fat well apparently.
