Eggs! Especially as an omelette or with a cooked breakfast. I also adore red grapes.
When I was a kid I had a crazy obsession with all things banana that didn’t stop with bananas. It included banana milkshake, banana flavoured yoghurt, those foam bananas in shrimp and bananas....1 -
frozen yogurt from orange leaf with animal cracker cookies on it and cheese cake bites2

Stupid question, but I've come across some great recipes with coconut milk. How coconuty is it? I'm not a big fan of coconut but want to try some of these recipes!
I made coconut red curry rice and it was amazing! It wasn't too "coconuty".
1 cup long grain parboiled rice
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp red curry paste
Combine & cook as you would normal rice
I added some sriracha, lime juice & thinly sliced green onion when serving as well.0 -
grapefruit granita... ummmmm, ummmmm0
-
roasted radishes & baked potatoes0

Beef ... Beef ... Beef. I am really more of a lamb, mutton or goat person.
My sister and I cooked up a huge pot of caldo de res, using our Mexican butcher's recipe, less the corn & potatoes( which I miss, don't miss). It's very similar to Pacific Island brisket soup, only that our soup is filtered so it looks clear and we use edible Hibiscus family leaves, or watercress or spinach or forest greens instead of courgettes & popotatoes.2 -
ANCHOVY PASTE. add it to everything3

I'm intrigued! Does one roast radishes just like other root vegetables? Can I just mix them in with parsnips, sweet potatoes, etc?1 -

Yes! It reduces the bitterness and brings out their sweetness!1 -
I love radishes so much raw that I resisted roasting them, but I have to agree that that's a really tasty way of eating them too.1
