... and I did it! It’s a promise I don’t take lightly, and I will not let myself off the hook from this promise, I made it a priority in my life. Today I’m celebrating my 45th birthday and also celebrating maintaining the weight loss for 6 years. Making a choice to get healthier by losing 43 lbs is one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever accomplished :)<3

    Thank you! I feel about 10 years younger now that I’ve maintained a healthy weight and stayed active! :)

    Thanks! Maintenance certainly has its own challenges but I’m determined to keep the promise I made to myself all those years ago. My lifestyle has changed so much since then, I try to be as active as possible and keep challenging myself because only then will I know what I’m really capable of achieving :)
