New to the community

Hi everyone! I am new to the community and looking forward to finally seeing some progress on my journey to better overall health. I am in my late 50's and want to 'feel better' in my clothes and work on my strength and balance to take me into my later years. I have introduced yoga and a recumbent bike, along with walking to my daily routine to get me started, and after tracking my first week am down 2.2 lbs. I am sure the support of this group and viewing all the successes will keep me focused on my goals!
