I'd like to join you, just trying to work out sensible number of miles! I'm not 100% yet after recent illness. All I know is I'm not aiming for 100 miles 😀

I'm planning on a goal of 50 miles for November. I had been walking 5 miles a day, but I got sick the beginning of October and haven't been able to get back to my full goal yet. I am still losing weight and doing good there, so I am not pushing myself too hard to get back where I was. Maybe I'm not supposed to walk 5 miles a day, maybe that was too much stress for my body and that's why I got sick for so long. IDK, but I am taking it fairly easy and being good to myself.

I'm in, my Apple Watch gave me a November Challenge of walking 178.8 miles this month. So I need to average 5.8 miles a day.

Hi. I'd like to join you. My goal is to walk (includes steps) 90 miles in November.

My goal for October was 100 miles walked. I ended the month meeting the goal; but it was a big push at the end due to traveling mid month. My 100 mile goal is miles that I walk, purposefully, for myself (doesn't include the miles I walk during my work day with small children). SO...going to keep the 100 mile goal for November. I am going to keep walking five mile walks for as long as I can. Ice on the bike paths could play a factor in how this month ends up. Time to be proactive and find my YakTraxx...

Nov 1: Five miles walked (65 minutes)
Nov 2: Five miles walked (70 minutes)

Sunday -- we participated in a shorter version of the first ride of the Audax season!! It was a lovely ride, and the organiser and his family put on a good BBQ after. There were about 17 or 18 riders, a good turnout for us, and I think everyone else rode the official 100 km.

    Distance: 30.21km
    Elevation: 279m
    Moving Time: 1:48:23
    Elapsed Time: 1:54:43
    Speed: Avg: 16.7km/h | Max: 39.2km/h

I would like to join in. I've never done an exercise challenge before, so I don't know where to begin. I'll start with 50 miles, since it's already the 3rd and I've never actually tracked before. I will only record actual walking, and not daily steps.

I have been obsessed with counting steps for years dating back to pedometers that clipped on one's waistband and often fell off and got lost. Counting steps has kept me moving. I now have a pedometer that I put in my pocket when I get dressed to walk the dogs first thing in the morning and keep in the pocket of whatever I'm wearing until I change to go to bed at night. All steps count for me. Currently my goal is to average 13,000 steps per day.

    Nov.1--19,558 steps
    Nov. 2--16,411 steps

I'd love to join this challenge! I walk a lot at work, but need to incorporate walking at home as well to reach my weight loss goals. My goal for November is to walk 100 miles.

Well I feel like a baby here, but I've been siting too much so I'm starting with steps/miles as recorded by my Fitbit. Evidently, i'll need to pick up the pace to reach 90 miles by the end of the month.

    1: 4814 steps 2.1 miles
    2: 7283 steps 3.18 miles
    3: 3894 steps 1.7 miles
