I'd love to be in...First time caller, long time listener here  Tip - Little to no alcohol, high protein low carb low sugar...intermitten fasting...4-5 days of exercise (stationary bike for 20-30 mins light + weights moderate). This is my start..If anyone has suggestions, I'd love to hear.

    15 pounds by Christmas 2019

    Ultimate starting weight: 253
    Current weight: 189.0
    Challenge goal weight: 174.0
Ultimate goal weight: 145-155 Range (We’ll see when we get there)

    October 17- 189.0
    October 24- 188.4 I can do better.
    October 30- 188.0 Traveling. Next weigh-in November 1st.

Total Lost in October (13 days):….. -1 lb
Total Accumulated Weight Loss for challenge:………. – 1.0 lbs Lost

November 07- 186.0 I just realized the goal is 15 pounds in 10 weeks. I don’t know that I can do that, especially during all the holidays & shopping (restaurant) season, but I will do my very best! However, at 1.5 lbs per weekly weigh-in, I should have already lost 4.5 lbs and I’m already behind! I suppose lofty expectations require lofty goals and well-planned measures. I must work harder.

This morning I jumped up 3 lbs since Friday with no explanation...
These swings are so frustrating it is hard to stay motivated.

Try not to be too hard on yourself weight often fluctuates like that. Particularly over the weekend it's easy to eat a little extra salt, or decrease your water intake and all of the sudden you've got extra "weight" on the scales. Week-to-week your weight is going down, concentrate on that. You've got this!

One of my favorite things to eat is a homemade muesli. Take a third of a cup of raw oatmeal, add in 10 dried sugar-free cherries, about a tablespoon of sliced almonds, and one chopped Apple. Mix it all up, and pour in 3/4 - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and you've got a delicious breakfast that'll last you all morning.

November 14- 188.6 Going downhill fast. I’ve got to exercise some control in my diet. My activity/exercise plans is going extremely well and is my only saving grace. (Yes, it would be worse!)
