Exercises for back and belly

Can anyone recommend exercise I can do at home to get time my back, belly and hips, although I am losing weight there I still need to tone those areas, thanks

    What's a good way to tone the lower back?
    I want nice toned, defined back. Doing floor exercises. Upper back is starting to look better.
    Any lower back excercise I can do with dumbbells and resistance bands?

    1. Lose body fat while retaining muscle.
    2. Variations of squats, deadlifts, and good mornings all add stimulus to lower back with the equipment you listed. Search a program that has that equipment and lifts within your ability or fitness.
