Started off great on Monday. Went to trainer and it was a great experience. I also went to Curves and a nutrition coach that day. My binge eating is out of control right now. I'm going to try an online over eating anonymous class and maybe an appetite suppressant. Also, get some lab work done to make sure it's nothing medical causing my increase in appetite. I'm starting fresh again this week with my eating. I'm not giving up.

Goals or Day: Overall a great day Post half marathon so definitely sore. Will give myself the week before fully running hard again to allow time for my ankle to heal and muscles to repair. I also noticed my macros I took in more carbs than norm which is to be expected so I will make sure tomorrow to have more harmony with getting protein in either via shake or fish/egg whites.3 -

I'm happy that eventhough the shred is over, I've still managed to have losses each week. I am goving myself 1 cheat meal a week and still sticking to workouts and macros. I'm very happy with the results. I wore jeans from when my husband and I first met yesterday! My goal was tp be 135-140! Almost there. Very happy, strong, and comfortable in my skin now!

I baked for work so of course I ended up tasting a ton and just feeling super snacky in general, so I definitely blew it by the end of the night.
