    Active more or less everyday even if it's just long walks. I squat 3x~ a week (plus other stuff) and enjoy being self taught about training and nutrition. Oh and I log my workouts and my food diary is open. Cheers all!

    Hi all! I've just restarted a health/fitness plan and I'm trying to focus on learning and maintaining good habits.

    30 F, losing weight already within the "healthy range", trying to stop the constant up and down!

    Male 6ft2 and circa 13 stone (180lbs in your American money) Not really here to lose much weight, more for tracking and going on a big exercise push before Christmas comes along and stuffs me fatter than a turkey.
