😭 I really don’t know what happened, I was below my calories, not TOM, I was pretty active. Either it’s cuz I had 2 days a little higher carbs so I’m retaining water or my scale was maybe wrong the last few weeks (but that doesn’t seem overly possible). Hoping next week’s weigh in will be even lower than last week to make up for it.

@Amyg1982 fluctuations and plateaus are a normal part of the weight loss process. Typically, I don’t let them bother me. There’s certainly never a need to apologize for it.
If it happens to me and is an usual gain, I just look again at my diary entries. Did I choose an incorrect database entry? Was it a higher sodium day or, as you thought, higher carb? Am I retaining water from exercise? So many variables.

I definitely didn’t do as much this week as I normally do, but I’ve been making good food decisions (for the most part).
Thanksgiving is here, so I definitely have to be extra mindful of what I put in my body, and how much I move.
Having said that, though...I’m on Thanksgiving break from school, so I’m definitely gonna take a few days to just relax.

I had about 2300 calories today, 750 over target and 250 over maintenance. I didn’t log exercise though and I was super hungry after cleaning all day, so I probably burned a good amount. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I expect to stay about the same. This time of year, maintaining is a win in my book!0 -

No loss, but no gain. Not complaining. Been eating a lot more than normal. I have been exercising, but I have to push myself hard to get started. No trainer this week. She out of town the entire week. I'm at work today, so I plan to incorporate exercise by walking in basement walk trail 3 times 15 minutes and maybe a video 15 minute video at my computer.
