Week 3 Snapshot
Amazing job team!!! We came in second this week! also a huge shout out to our own @docbeauty1 who was the challenge's biggest loser this past week!! Thank you all for continuing to post, check in, and encourage each other this week. I had a really rough week and weekend in terms of mood and motivation. I didn't check in, I didn't track, and I ate without moderation. I paid for it yesterday, my stomach was all out of whack and I just felt sluggish and gross. I'm going to get back on track these next 3 days leading up to Thanksgiving and practice moderation for Thanksgiving and the rest of the days at home with my family.
Also going in to the December challenge, I would love some help captaining the team! I have a hard time keeping up over the weekends so an extra set of eyes would be amazing. Thanks guys!4 -

Am I happy with my progress today: Yes! I made good choices today. 😄
Over calories. Lots of running around today. One of my dogs is having surgery as we speak. My own doctor appointment. Grocery shopping. Bloodwork. Not conducive to eating on plan. Should make up for it Tuesday and Wednesday. I’ll be at home both days. 👍

@skullandskeletons ... COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS ... it is one day ... I don't worry about tracking on a holiday but do try to make good decisions when I have an option. Prioritize ME and get in a workout/run. Distance myself from drama that my sister-in-law wears like a badge of honor.
