    Today wasn't a good day....

    I am in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds. So it's not a TERRIBLE day, but not great.

    August 25: 147.8 (ten-day average 147.0)
    September 25: 143.6 (ten-day average 142.7)
    October 25: 144.6 (ten-day average 143.1)
    November 25: 145.2 (ten-day average 143.8)

    Hey, look at that! Some better news. It's GREAT compared to one quarter (three months) ago!

    Finding this quite inspiring with all my color coding visuals!

    I love our common use of averages & trends... the day to day hiccups are the result of too many variables!

    Congratulations on doing maintenance well!! You got there before me & I learned a lot by seeing what you faved & how you handled it.

    Maintenance is becoming easier each month, as I’m s l o w l y getting an idea of roughly what I can eat!

    Yesterday was a pretty good day. Today; not so much....

    I am in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds. So like the other day, it's not a TERRIBLE day, but not great.

    August 26: 144.4 (ten-day average 147.1)
    September 26: 142.8 (ten-day average 142.6)
    October 26: 142.2 (ten-day average 142.9)
    November 26: 144.4 (ten-day average 143.9)

    My only saving grace; I am less than I was three months ago.

    I had an epiphany yesterday at the gym. Turned out to be a good day. Maybe today will be too. Started out that way. I don't really believe I am 3.2 pounds lighter than yesterday, but I trust my gauges, and that's what the scale tells me.

    August 28: 145.4 (ten-day average 146.9)
    September 28: 139.0 (ten-day average 141.8)
    October 28: 142.6 (ten-day average 143.3)
    November 28: 142.2 (ten-day average 143.9)

    Yay! I weigh less than a month ago, but if I was exactly the SAME as a month ago, this would still be a success. I am still dubious of my mass. Maybe I was full of salt, and the gym and lots of fluids helped flush 'em. Maybe the last few days weren't "real." Stay tuned to find out!

    Yesterday was a fluke. I must have been dehydrated. Makes sense; my pants didn't feel like I'd dropped that much. Of the 3.2 pounds lighter I was yesterday morning, I found most of them this morning.

    Not today. I am up from a month ago today, more so by daily than average. I'm glad November doesn't have 31 days, because I don't like the number from October 31 as much as I do from September 1. I am going to be positive, though, since I'm down from the end of August. August wasn't a great month, but that makes the three-month look back seem more successful.

    Another day up from a month ago, at least by scale weight. My average weight is, at least, down from three months ago, but I'm not so happy about the last few days. Fortunately, I am still alive and working towards success. You are too!

    Well at least I stopped gaining. I'm back to where I was August 30, and I get to skip August 31....

    I am in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds. I've been slowly gaining all quarter since October 1.

    September 1: 143.0 (ten-day average 145.8)
    October 1: 141.4 (ten-day average 141.4)
    November 1: 143.2 (ten-day average 143.8)
    December 1: 146.0 (ten-day average 144.6)

    SIGNIFICANTLY up from a month ago. My average weight is, at least, down from three months ago. I WILL get back to goal. Not sure when, but I will find success. You will too!

    December 2 today I am 91.0, a month ago I was 90.0 so I didn't pass the challenge. It's a different scale so that may have something to do with it, but it's very accurate to say that I have slacked for the last month
