    Yes! This is my first 100 day challenge but I've just reached 100 days logging consistantly on MFP and lost just over 28lbs! I'm hoping my next 100 days are as successful!

    'm Trina. 54 and 5'4".

    I am would love to reach my ultimate goal and maintenance in these 100 days. But am mostly wanting to be mindful, healthy and accountable. Chemo treatments will run through the beginning of February, so movement and healthy eating, and lots of water will be important goals as well. Good luck everyone!

    November 25 will be my starting day.
    My first weight goal is 54 kg.
    I am only 157 cm tall( should have said short), so I am currently borderline overweight.
    I used to weigh 51 kg in university, with 50.5 as my lowest ever weight while studying.
    I currently work a desk job and struggle to get back on track with excercise after a knee injury.
    Whenever I log regularly, my weight does not shoot up, so this might keep me more accoubtable. 🤔
    Good luck everyone.

    Signed up for the gym starting from December,
    I plan on going 3 times a week, as a start.
    My goal is 5 sessions per week, to really shed the weight and get stronger. I will focus on strength training primarily, to increase my resting metabolism. 💪

    Ending Weight Last Round: 186.8
    Day 01 – 11/22 ……185.6……Off to a good start with very careful menu planning yesterday and a walk that was extra long. Good luck to everyone this round! This challenge will probably be the hardest of the entire year because of all the holidays. We can do this!
    Day 02 – 11/23 ……185.2…… Lunch yesterday with a friend but still down 0.4. Happy with that. Dinner tonight with a different friend but they promised to make it low carb friendly so we shall see!
    Day 03 – 11/24 ……185.0…… A small & welcomed drop.
    Day 04 – 11/25 ...….183.6…… Thrilled with today. Tomorrow & Wednesday brings Big City travel to a country bumpkin like me. I have to admit it, I am already looking forward to restaurants & treats. I’ve decided to pick one day to contain myself, and the other to indulge. My goal is to be more mindful tomorrow (Day 1 of travel).
    Day 05 – 11/26 ……184.0…… Travel Day canceled until tomorrow. I have NO IDEA why my weight fluctuated up. Perfect eating day yesterday & a ton of extra calorie burn. Not enough water, could that be it? Never enough sleep-in the 4 hour range again but that is typical for me.

    Better. Losing more will happen, but it probably won't be quick. More exercise has given me greater flexibility with my diet. I've been able to incorporate some vegan junk food (sweet and spicy Doritos!) - stuff that usually doesn't fit since I always make sure I get my nutrition first. It's definitely more sustainable and I don't have to worry as much about getting ridiculous hungry.

    Day 1: 138.7 I have barely eaten in 2 days because of medication for shingles. So this will probably bounce back up, but was kind of happy to see it

Thank Goodness for that because I cannot afford another restaurant and I’m not talking about money here! Mad at my scale and a little at myself. I swear carbs are out to get me! Portion control was good. Choices sucked. This is what mashed potatoes & gravy and dinner rolls look like on a scale!

    @jenn990205 I am so glad that you are beginning to feel better and just in time for the Holiday! I recently had the new Shingles vac & booster for anyone over 55. I remember when my mom had them, it was horrid so I will avoid them at all costs! As a type 2 diabetic and someone in remission for cancer, the vac was highly recommended for me as I am considered a "compromised" or high-risk person.
