    Always. Pretty much have same breakfast everyday so put that in my food diary.
    For evening meals I have a blank calander and do a monthly meal plan.
    It helps with organising healthy meals and making sure 'takeaway' is not the "only" option
    I then input monthly evening meals in to food diary too.
    Any adjustments are made in the evening after my meal and then i can see what calories I have left or not.
