Hello hello dear friends! My name is Andy and I'm currently 18 years old and soon-to-be entering college after my gap-year. I was trying to see if I could make a couple Keto-buddies since I'm here. I have an open diary for those who may either would like a bit of a basis to start on or maybe even a professional who'd like to help make any possible changes. I haven't suffered any stalls and I've been rapidly losing weight while having such a great amount of energy. If you'd like to experience the amazing process together, then I'm all here for it!

    Hi, I am Joyce and I am starting the Keto diet tomorrow. I am post gastric bypass 3 years with a loss of 90 lbs the first year. The past 6 months I started gaining back and my appetite is growing. I have studied Keto and want to get back in control. I would also to like to have a buddy too. If you would like I could be your buddy.
