    November: -3.0

    Fell off track the last week of November. Back on track starting today! Goal is to be consistent through December 22, the day we go home for Christmas. Goal is to lose 1 pound per week until then.

    Got down to 221 during the summer but have been creeping back up due to injuries and low willpower lol so gotta take care of it before we go hard in the new year

    Going a little easier on my goal this month as I didn't make goal last month. Missed by 0.3lbs!

    1 December 274.6 up from yesterday by 1.3lbs. Too much exercise and not enough water! I'll learn eventually!

    2 December 274.1 down a little from yesterday but still 0.8lbs above my November low! Keep drinking the water!

    I've lost a little more than 20 pounds since late July, but I've been slipping up lately and not hitting my calorie target as consistently as I was earlier in the process. My goal for December is to finish the year strong and get back into the "normal" BMI range (<157 lbs).

    September and October - I went off it and put all the weight and more back on 😔

    Stephanie, 49, 1,67m, from Brussels, I started this summer at 172lbs - last month loss 1.2lbs

    Hello everyone! I'm starting this month with a gain after a weekend away, I'm looking for an extra push to compensate for all the festivities over-indulgences. If I finish this month at the same weight, or anything under, I'll be happy :wink:
