    I've lost 43 pounds by dietary changes alone, since returning in July. I did it this way intentionally to ease into sustainable practices, and now I'm ready to start adding in some exercise. I've been getting more general movement in but have not gone to the gym, gone for fitness walks, or done bodyweight training or any other form of actual exercise. I've added a new round goal to do "formal" exercise once a week. After that becomes an ingrained habit, I'll increase that goal and get more specific about which Primal Blueprint fitness activities I'm striving for. I have a feeling that I'm going to want to jump into this after I get started, but I want to keep my goals achievable.
