With the tools of weight loss surgery, a high protein low carb diet and a lot of exercise...I am down about 170 pounds from my highest ever weight of 362 pounds. Currently at 190!

    What surgery did you have? If you don’t want to answer, no problem 😊. I have a lot of weight to lose and have debated about all the options.

    Great news! First thing in the morning and I see / read your inspirational story. You are amazing! Not sure, but I might have to lose a similar amount of weight - so far 48 kg, just over 100 pounds gone.

    Thank you everyone! I had the gastric sleeve surgery for those asking. They take out about 80% of your original stomach, allowing me to consume very small portions.
