Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    November 30 starting weight - 146.2 (ten-day rolling average weight 144.4)
    December goal - 143
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

I report scale weight and (ten day average weight).

    Nov 30: 146.2 (10-day average 144.4)
    Dec 7: 145.4 (10-day average 144.7)
    Dec 14: 143.8 (10-day average 144.8)
    Dec 21: 144.2 (10-day average 144.6)
    Dec 28: 144.6 (10-day average 145.0)
    Dec 31:

Total loss for December: Scale says I gained about a half pound.... again :frown:. My ten-day average says about the same thing. Damn. I am still in the middle of my maintenance range, and I am sort of close to my goal weight, and I'll get back there. December has been really interesting in that I really haven't gained much. In fact, my scale weight is down from November 30, but that was a HEAVY day for me. My average is up just a bit - about the same as for the week. It was October and November that I gained; now I'm pretty steady, and I'm looking to move that line back DOWN. Stay tuned to find out if I'm successful.

    Original Start: 242
    December 2nd: 230
    December 9: 226 (-4)
    December 16: 222 (-4)
    December 23: 222 (-0)
    December 30: 218 (-4)
    Long term goal: 140-150

I’m happy I got my post-holiday whoosh early, and feel on track going into 2020 for a pretty long haul. I had 10 straight days at the exact same (222) and proud I didn’t get discouraged, but stayed the course. Twelve pounds for December is amazing to me and completely new territory. The last few days I’ve been sick, so this might be a temporary new low- but I’m claiming it anyway!!

I know it’s been hard for lots of us with different routines the last few weeks. Sending good vibes to y’all!

    December Weight Loss Challenge

    December Start Weight: 159.8
    December Goal Weight: 156
Ultimate Goal Weight: 150 (I’ll re-assess my goal when I get here)

    December 1 -
December 6 -159.8 (I’m happy with this starting weight! I just came off vacation and thought it would be higher!) 😜
December 13 -159.6 (not much of a loss, but at least it’s not a gain!)😳
December 20 - 159.8 If I don’t reach my goal for this month, (if my current weight is any indication, I’m not going to make it!) I’ll focus on not gaining and reset my December goal for January. 🤔
    December 29 - 155.6 (Wow! 😀)
    December 31 -

Dec 1: 241.6. My goal this month is a little light, i would rather set it to 230, knowing i have some water weight right now, but i also know i have Christmas with both sets of in-laws this month.

Dec 8: out of town, no scale

Dec 15: 239.4. I'll be honest, I am surprised to be below 240 today. I have one more week of school before break, with my husband's birthday and his family's Christmas standing between me and my next weigh-in for this challenge. Don't think I will reach my 235 goal, but I can make small gains and keep from going the other direction. 10 degrees this morning, so going for a run was not going to happen. Hope it warms up a little over break.

    Dec 22: 241.3
Dec 30: 240.0 joined Planet Fitness today and did about 15 minutes on the elliptical (I have a house guest and she had just woken up as I was leaving). It is literally across the street from my home, so no excuses. Lol.

@quemalosuerte That's awesome a Planet Fitness is across the street! My gym is 1.5 miles away, lol, nothing to drive but a nice walk.
