    Hi! My name is Kristen. And I struggle to maintain my weight. I have had great success losing/gaining, but I'm hoping this group helps me be more accountable. I weigh only 1x week on Sundays, so that's when I'll check in. My 2 goals in 2020 are to not let the scale go above 153 and weigh in EVERY Sunday for the WHOLE YEAR. This seems easy to most, but I get lazy and make excuses why I don't need to weigh in and then all of a sudden everything in my closet has shrunk. LOl

    I figured I'd set this up in this thread, carried over from December so I'm ready to report on Sunday.

    Even though I'm not yet in maintenance I thought this weekly check in would be good for accountability as it did for me when I decided to get an online nutrition coach in September with bi-weekly check ins (I've now since stopped it since I'm happy to continue on my own). I am quite pleased with my progress so far and would like to keep up with the momentum. In the last 5 years, I always manage to get to a low weight of 52 - 53 kg but then quickly go back up to 55 - 56 kg as I did not think of "maintaning the weight loss". From this year, my promise to myself is to not let my weight go any higher than it currently is which is 52 kg.

    Walked a Lot, lots of sleep, & managed to eliminate earlier cravings by making better choices.
    Feel so much better physically (and mentally) than when my eating was outta control.

    Took a few days to whittle down my calories & whack sugars. Down now to one sweet person day. Next: 1/2 a sweet pet day.
