    Hello everyone, just joined and I am very excited. My goal weight is 145. My weight currently fluctuates between 153-158 depending on what I eat and because I have been recently diagnosed with a hereditary form of PKD (Polycystic Kidney disease). Everything is under control accept my weight. Im ready to get this weight and bloat under control in order to stay healthy, feel stronger, and live longer! Ready, set, go....

    Thanks for creating this group! It's January 1st and with the help of this app, I actually lost a few pounds over the holiday. Definitely a first! I'm determined to keep it going and am hopeful that support will help! I'm also doing Dry January and plan to do Plant-based February so those should help as well.

    Hi Everyone,
    I’m a long time user of MFP but I’ve never really joined the communities. I’ve been taking two steps forward and one step back for about 5 years now, moving closer to my goals but never quite reaching them before back sliding a bit. I’m hoping that you can all help me out. Starting a little late here but I hope to meet the 20 by Apr anyway as Jan-June tends to be my stepping forward months. I’m really aiming to finally reach my ultimate goal weight. Good luck everyone.
