This week's successes: For the most, I stuck to my diet plan but still made sure to allow myself to be a bit lax for the remainder of the holidays. Plus, I hit my daily step goals and enjoyed a nice 30-60 minute walk almost every day!
This week's challenges: I've been feeling so tired and just not well-rested lately.
Next week's goal: I want to start exercising and more drinking water.

This week's successes: 10 lbs (mostly all water weight) is a huge motivator!
This week's challenges: Finding food to eat that wouldn't upset my calorie count was exhausting after the first 2 days. Sugar addiction came into play pretty forcefully, headaches, nausea, and general exhaustion made it tough some days. But hey - goal it to keep pushing through.

Exciting to see so many participants this year! I tried counting everyone but lost track after 50. We are all working towards that healthy goal.
No loss for me this week. I did get in 21 miles of running last week. Hope to do the same this week.
I will not be checking in again for 3 weeks. I have good intentions for eating and activity during our trip but realistically it will be too much food and drinks and not enough activity.
