Now that we're done with celebrations, it's time to get back to work! I'm still carrying a lot of water weight and a few pounds of real weight from Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's. Time to be rid of it!
For me this will be a daily weigh in as that's what best keeps me accountable. Feel free to change that up to whatever works best for you!

    Worser , I have allowed no one to follow my food diary! It would definitely help on the accountability. Say goodbye to 16! Hello 15! I will show mine if you show me yours. 😅

    And a little more water weight (probably) for good measure. For context, I was 182 before Christmas day.

    Not for me personally, it doesn't. If I made my diary open I can guarantee I wouldn't log everything because I would feel ashamed and judged for the way I eat. There's nothing dangerous about what I choose to eat or anything - it's just not what people would expect for a 'diet'! :D

    Did not go grocery shopping so I hope to make BEST food decisions.
    It's very difficult to estimate calories in dishes prepared by the cafeteria. It's the law to post calories on the menu. For example chicken nacho is 600 to 900 calories. I wanted a salad but they were out of lettuces! So I order the chicken nachos with everything on the side. Crazy! I know.

    I'm starting this a bit late and i weigh in on a sunday.

    I've been very ill this past week so that's contributed to the drastic weight loss so i expect to level out at some point.

    January 1st starting weight: 74 kg / 163 lbs

    Felt good today. I went on a 10 and a half mile walk and then had a lovely bath!

    I ate more than usual yesterday to compensate for the much higher TDEE, so it's not a surprise that there's no change.
