My mini goal is to break the 140 mark. I have 5 pounds to go and would love to lose it by the end of the month!
Plan to get there:
Consistently count calories and stay under calorie allotment
Workout 3+ times a week
Be patient! (Especially if it takes longer than a month)
sub 200 (225 this morning). Ideally i would love to complete this before we go to Hawaii for our 15 year anniversary trip in March, but I'm realistic. i think the only way that would happen for me (desk job slow loser) is to drastically cut calories and be miserable. We shall see what I can do.
Weigh less than my husband (sustained). We've been about the same weight for a bit now, but he is losing much faster. I know part of his bigger loss was kicked off by having oral surgery limiting what he could eat for a while and forcing him to slow down eating. I know it's not a competition but grrr.
so third mini-goal is to celebrate my husband's losses not get frustrated by my slower pace. We both want to look and feel better for Hawaii and we are in it together.
I have been hoovering at the 155 lb/ 11 stone mark for the past six weeks. My next mini goal is to get to 153/ 10 stone something mark and keep going till I get to 148 lbs at which point I will be in maintaince 🤓
Doing a public speaking presentation in June to inspire/motivate women who have been out of the workplace for a while, to achieve their dreams. My goal is to walk the talk and prove it to myself first.
Well my goal was to lose 15 more lbs but now my goal is to stay healthy and continue to workout and jog because we are expecting baby #2! First pregnancy I didn't workout until halfway through... not this one!
My best friend is getting married in June and I'm Maid of Honor...so knowing I'll have professional photos taken is my biggest motivation. It's nice because the eternal embarrassment of seeing those photos keeps me going!

Oh! Also that I had to buy a bridesmaid dress without trying it on. I also don't get to try it on until 2 days before the wedding because I had to have it shipped to the US and I'm currently living overseas....
Update: I posted here a little while back with the mini-goal of lowering my body fat to 25%. Well, I didn't monitor it and just kept doing what I do (strength training, calorie deficit and then into maintenance/re-composition), and I measured it last week - I exceeded my goal! I'm even lower than that now and my ab muscles are showing even when I stand relaxed. I'm lean all around now!

Achieved!!! Surgery in a few weeks, then I'm back to normal and back to the gym 💪
Next mini-goals as I wait:
1. 12.1 lbs away from the halfway mark for my total WLJ
2. Try to hit within 5% all of my micronutrient targets for January
