Little bit of a breeze.
Notable was that I went out for exercise having forgot one thing.
I forgot to eat breakfast. Had some larabars in the car though. Ate 2 of the.
There was a group of trail runners out there. Sun was up but it was still early. I statrt when the mountain still in the shade.
But there was a woman there running in shorts. I happen to believe it was not above freezing.
I did that thing again where I feel silly about being overdressed and take off my balaclava.
Brrr... when will I learn the error of my fashion maven ways?4 -
I had a great "vertigo free day" and ended up walking with my girl Penny Lane, tackling some hills and extending our mileage.
Exercise: Yes, 50 minutes walking and another 20 doing hip therapy
Calories: Yes, left almost 400 unused

Exercise? Yeppers! 55 minute walk in the park. 10k steps. Core exercises.
Within my calorie goal? Aye Aye. Well under.
Tracked everything? Yes, but I messed up my pancake recipe, so the calories are a little "guessy". And the plug on our electric griddle started smoking, so time to find a new one.
Today we replaced the belt on our treadmill. It was somewhat nerve-racking, but I think we did everything right. No screws left over, which is a great sign.6 -

Is it holiday yet? Super drained and ready for my turn at a break. Friday will be my last work day for the month, but I'm going to try and get everything done and take Thursday and Friday off as well.
4km run then crazy work day. Fell asleep when I got home smelling of fish because I didn't have enough energy to shower. Gave in to the take out for supper option but it wasn't too bad as I ate well the rest of the day.
Had a great chat with a friend at church. Was getting to know his wife who had been stuck overseas for 6 months due to some visa issue and he told me that he had been chatting to my coach the other day and coach was talking about how much potential I have in Jiu Jitsu. Really motivated to get back and work through the challenges I have at the moment including the one where I just don't have energy!8 -

Eating out is not healthy for me. I looked back to a few other times my bp was high, and because I track everything I eat, I can now see it was due to high sodium restaurant meals.
This is hugely inspiring actually. I KNOW I need to eat healthy foods to keep my labs in their good place.
